Our Business
Resurgent Capital Services L.P. ("Resurgent") is a manager and servicer of domestic and international consumer debt portfolios for credit grantors and debt buyers. Resurgent has offices in Greenville, SC; Cincinnati, OH; and Sioux Falls, SD.

Our Structure

Resurgent manages accounts placed with it for servicing by various creditors and debt owners. Resurgent manages accounts across the credit spectrum including performing accounts, sub- and non-performing accounts, secured accounts, and unsecured accounts. Resurgent, a loan servicer and licensed collection agency, may perform collection activities on accounts directly, or it may outsource the recovery activities to other independently owned collection agencies and law firms.

Home mortgage loan customers are asked to call Resurgent Loan Servicing at (800) 365-7107 for inquiries regarding your account. You may also contact Resurgent Loan Servicing by e-mail at loanservicing@resurgent.com.

If you are a customer of Resurgent Auto Finance please call their Customer Service Department at (866) 464-0269, send them an e-mail at autocustomerservice@resurgentautofinance.com, or you can visit their website at www.resurgentautofinance.com

All other customers are asked to direct their inquiries to the company administering their account. Resurgent uses this network of independently owned and operated collection agencies and law firms to enhance its abilities to service accounts on a nationwide basis. If you are not sure which firm is handling your account, please call Resurgent's Customer Service Department at (888) 665-0374. A Customer Service representative will provide you with the name and phone number of the company handling your account. Resurgent’s Customer Service Department in Greenville, SC handles traditional customer service issues on behalf of account owners for the accounts placed with us.
