Position: EDGE Leadership Undergraduate Development Program

Location: Greenville, SC
Overview of Position:
Participates in a 12-18 month program with short term rotational assignments within different business departments to perform all support functions in each assigned area while building the leadership and technical competencies necessary for sustaining future management success. The program consists of a combination of mentoring, learning activities, project work, management and technical training, and cultural indoctrination assignments. Upon completion of the program, incumbents will be prepared for leadership positions managing people and/or projects within any number of areas within the company.
Role Priorities:
Performs assigned duties, under direction of experienced personnel, to gain knowledge and experience
Receives training and performs duties in several departments, such as credit, customer relations,
Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required
Trains in functions and operations of related departments to gain technical competencies necessary for
May be required to attend company-sponsored training classes.
Completes FDCPA certification
Qualifications:
4 year degree with a major in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
An MA in Management or MS in Commerce a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in quantitative analysis.
Must be able to adapt to change with the willingness to learn.
